Our 6 week summer camp operates on a 58-acre nature-based education center in Paxton, MA.
2020 Camp Enrollments begins the beginning of February!
This property contains a working farm, nature playground, beaver pond and an extensive trail system. We believe, and research confirms, that play is essential to every child’s development. It is the basis through which they navigate the world around them. We view nature as a great equalizer because children in nature are not constrained by any diagnosis, disorder, shape, age or size.
All camps run Monday-Thursday from July 6th to August 13th.
This is a multi-aged camp divided by age: [3-8 year olds] & [8-14 year olds].
There is flexibility on group placement dependent on circumstances and what works best for the individual child. Turn Back Time is a fully inclusive and integrated program with staff available for children with special needs. Our staff to camper ratio gives each participant the opportunity to explore and grow in a unique way!
We have weekly theme based activities, which are to be determined. Some favorite themes from the past include: animals & their habitats, invention convention, fairy & gnome homes, and making our own “Roxaboxen” community.
